so we got back on sunday night to find a limb in the yard that effectivly severed 1/2 of our chimney off in the middle of a typhoon and no power to speak of. welcome home haole. so its a little cold, big deal. the big deal occured in the morning when i had no coffee and neither did anybody else! anyway, power came back on, coffee got spilled into my belly, and we’ve batten down for the next storm tonight. In other great news, we got this letter and have no idea who sent it to us. its almost like one of those things that got lost en route during halloween and now is finally getting to us because someone in the postal room kicked it out from under a shelf and decided to pass it on. no return address, no signature, just pumpkins smiling. we watched “broken flowers” last night which was amazing and had a similar note tho much different in content nature! So, does anybody know the author of the mysterious pumpkins? If so, please send another…..we’re enthralled! cheers, good to be back -c
