snowday in cb
so i woke up this morning and it looked a little odd outside. 3 inches of snow blanketed the entire town with a little sprinkle of happy crack. tossed my coffee on to boil and bombed to the studio to grab my camera and thought “how ironic it is that once the precipitation changed to solid state (ie snow) we all change to solid state feelings.” everybody became the best photographer in town today. snow has this uncanny way of transforming all of our little frowns upside down into happy little smiles and thus…make us all just a little more creative. its like we’re all a little bit happier with a crack frosting! everyone in town no doubt has a “snowy haystack” photo today and i think that’s great! funny that it takes a natural phenomenon like precip to allow the bull-legged wide-eyed stance of image making to occur. we should do this more often! a little gallery that i set up this morning for snow-esque shots of cb: images from snowday in cannon beach cheers all! -c
