We all love it, we all hate it. Mom-n-pops have found facebook. Sure, its been a long time in the making but has anyone else noticed the number of “pages” supporting small businesses growing in addition to the number of “pages” supporting nothing at all? Yeah, Im talking about you Mr. or Mrs. Bonfires! It is the nature of this anonymous beast we all contribute to, for their to be a prankster in all of us. It seems that this type of Facebook Spam could leave a bad taste in the mouths of those same small business owners who barely have time to check their email (oh and look at my new blackberry…now, where’s that back button?). Small businesses who are just realizing the potential in social networking may need a little help as they adopt this technology not in learning the system (you know the FB UI is going to change and throw us all for a loop anyway) but in simplifying their experience. “Tell me what I need to know and where to click on it…”.
